Our Process.
From frame to finish, we take care of all aspects related to your project. We believe in open and consistent communication and strive to deliver a seamless project execution, assuring your confidence in a project well done.
1. Initial Consultation
During the initial consultation, we will meet with you to discuss your vision. We will assess your project, take preliminary measurements, and provide expert recommendations that will enhance the functionality, aesthetics, and value of your space.
2. Comprehensive Estimate
Our comprehensive estimates are crafted with care, outlining every little detail to present a thorough project plan that you can feel confident in. Once complete, we will go through the estimate with you in person and make any required adjustments or alterations to fit your budget and vision.
3. Design and Timeline
This is where your vision begins to take form. The most important step of any project is planning, and this is where it happens! Everything from cabinetry selection and layout, to millwork profiles and applications, to paint colors and hardware finishes are decided in this step. Plans, product listings, and design specifics are outlined to give us the framework we need to execute your project in the most efficient way possible.
4. Project Execution
Once final designs and product selections have been made and approved, ordering and procurement of products can begin. We like to order products well ahead of the project commencing and only start when we feel like any potential product delays will not hinder project progression. Throughout the course of the project, we will update you on WHAT we are doing and WHY. We will also give you daily or weekly updates on project timelines and potential issues that need attention, should they arise. Each day ends with a cleaning to ensure that your space is still livable and comfortable after we leave.
5. Cleaning
We clean and mitigate dust throughout the space as we progress through the project, but also perform full-service cleaning of the space upon completion. This is included in the original estimate, as the health and safety of our clients and team is essential and we emphasize the importance of a clean and tidy job site.
6. Change Orders
Following the completion of the project, we will go back through the estimate and make any additions or subtractions based on signed change orders made during project execution.
7. Final Walk-Through
During the final walk through, we will go through the operation instructions of new products or equipment and answer any questions you have about the finished project. Your satisfaction is very important to us and your feedback is what makes us strive to improve our focus and results.
