Starting out as a small business catering to small projects and handy-man services, Elite has grown to accommodate all aspects of residential and light commercial construction. Over the last 14 years we have made it our mission to redefine the construction industry by educating clientele and surpassing industry standards as normal business practice.

Winston Gilmar
Elite Founder and Owner
My passion for building has been life-long, evolving from my love for woodworking. After my high school graduation, I apprenticed for two years with carpenters who specialized in framing custom houses. Their attention to detail and precision was second to none. In late 2007, I decided to start my own business and Elite Construction was born. I started off doing small, odd jobs and renovations through word of mouth. Over the past 14 years, I have seen the ups and downs of this industry and fully believe that it can be made better in many ways. My mission is to do just that, through trust, integrity, and transparency.
Ryan Siroishka
Co-Owner
I began carpentry and home renovations 13 years ago. My passion and expertise lies within custom cabinetry and woodworking. Starting out in a cabinet shop, I built and installed cabinets for 10 years before contracting out on my own. In my spare time, I also crafts custom furniture such as tables, bed frames, and desks. I have a creative mind and love to turn construction projects into art.

Dax has been accompanying Winston on many job sites when appropriate since he was a puppy. He has a loveable smile and strong work ethic.
