We have also recently started to expand operations into the Columbia Valley of British Columbia, servicing areas in Fairmont, Radium, Panorama, Spur Valley and Invermere.

The health and safety of our team members and clients is essential and we emphasize the importance of a clean, organized, and tidy job site. Through any project, big or small, we believe dust, contaminants, and site damage should be kept to a minimum. Site preparation is a key focal point to mitigate dust, contamination, and site damage effectively. We achieve this by utilizing floor/wall protective products and dust barriers, as well as using air filtration systems (air scrubbers) and dust extraction equipment on any tool or device we can. We strive to make our job sites safer, ensuring all equipment is maintained and personal protective equipment is effective.
We adhere to and exceed all Provincial and Federal industry standards and building codes.
Our Guarantee.
Workmanship Warranty provides homeowners with coverage against workmanship and installation errors. We guarantee our craftsmanship and provide our clients with maintenance and repair services even after the completion of the project.
Elite Warranty.
We offer a 2 year conditional warranty on all craftsmanship performed by Elite Construction and Contracting Ltd. and our sub-trades.
